At NVX Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
